I am committed to helping clients with varying backgrounds learn how to cope with challenges. Sessions focus on identifying strengths, promoting wellness and self discovery, and navigating changes. My approach is collaborative and integrative...with years of experience listening, holding space, advocating for, and helping clients reach their goals.
I’m passionate about helping people navigate adversity and utilize several treatment models that my clients have had success with, including EMDR and CBT.
